A daily practice is not something that necessarily needs to happen just once a day, it’s an intention that can be carried throughout the day. Even 5 minutes a day may not sound like much, but it can certainly help you to surrender and to ask for guidance when you’re feeling stuck.

Balancing your sacral chakra is a very personal experience. Sometimes we need to go out and socialize with people, at other times we need to spend time alone, or soak in a tub. Letting your body express itself in a way that feels good will also help release any feelings of being stuck or blocked.
